Description: The supplier will provide a cloud-hosted Learning Management System (LMS) and associated support services to enable the Council to manage, deliver, monitor and report on workforce development and learning. The learning platform will include hosting, configuration, implementation, user administration, migration of existing learning records and data, reporting, maintenance, support and upgrades. The LMS shall provide a secure and accessible digital learning environment for the delivery of statutory, mandatory, professional and developmental learning programmes. The Council will have access to the provider's full suite of e-learning courses.
