Local authorities borrowing and investments: UK live table, back years and lenders (MHCLG)
The annual sheets carry no ONS-code column, only MHCLG's own LGF code, so bodies are placed by the LGF-to-ONS mapping read off the quarterly sheets; an authority abolished before the quarterly sheets begin (2020-21 Q1) cannot be placed and is skipped. Lender groups a body reports as £0 are not stored: absence from the breakdown means zero borrowing from that lender, not missing data.
