Prison population: weekly estate figures
One ODS per week, attached to the calendar-year publication page newest first (attachment title "Population bulletin: weekly D Month YYYY"). Filenames alternate between PSWEBREPORT*.ods and prison-pop-*.ods and the /media/ id is random, so the page must be scraped for the first attachment. Sheet "Data" only; the other sheet names pandas reports are external-link artefacts. Each file is one Monday snapshot, so the series accrues one point per release.
