Census 2021 custom dataset - Tenure by ethnic group of Household Reference Person
ONS create-a-custom-dataset API, population type HRP (Household Reference Persons), dimensions hh_tenure_9a by ethnic_group_tb_6a (the five applicable top-level ethnic groups), at lower-tier local authority level. The six-group classification is used deliberately: at twenty groups the cells are small enough that cell-key perturbation dominates. ONS blocks Isles of Scilly and Ribble Valley from this cross for disclosure control; they are recorded missing, never zero. No marginal totals are published for a custom cross, so none are stored.
