The percentage of adult and child offenders in England and Wales released from custody, given a non-custodial court disposal or cautioned in the quarter who committed a further offence within one year that led to a court conviction or caution within a further six months.

Doesn’t measure: Offending that was not proved in court or by caution, reoffending after the one-year window, or offenders who could not be matched to the Police National Computer.
